“My son loved this camp! Woke up every day more excited than the day before! I was beyond surprised that the coaches knew all the kids by name and even gave me specific feedback on what my child needs to work on. This camp was very organized and taught the kids so much! Great job coaches and staff and we look forward to next year!” - Jenna Gosselin Young
“Thank you for an awesome week of hockey! Our son Austin loved your camp and it sounds to us mostly for the variety of activities offered. He has been more conscious of his food and beverage intake, he has practiced some of the stick handling and agility drills and is asking to take classes with Brett! As parents, we were thankful that your camp was all day (which allowed him to attend) and also that you included some non-hockey fun games too. He was tired each day but had a smile on his face and was enthusiastic to return in the morning! Thank you for your efforts at making this a challenging and exciting camp for our kids!” - Norma Daigneault
Hometown Hockey School was started by three former hockey players who shared an ongoing passion for hockey and coaching. Hometown Hockey School's commitment to providing the highest quality coaching staff, cutting edge hockey training, access to experts within the community, and an enthusiastic and fun training atmosphere make this a camp that children will return to year after year. In addition to a focus on hockey skills, ample time is spent providing opportunities for developing broader life skills such as good sportsmanship, the value of team work, the role of strong mental health & balanced nutrition. The goal for Hometown Hockey School is to help the youth in the area not only learn what it takes to be successful in hockey but also to develop knowledge to help them grow into young adults that can be successful in whatever path they follow. Hometown Hockey School is a one week, all day camp that is run each summer at Cairns Arena in South Burlington, VT.
